QuikSentencePrivacy Policy

This policy explains how Plus One Point Pty Ltd ("we") handles information in the app "QuikSentence" (the "App").
1. Text you translate
When you tap "Translate", the text you entered and your choices (target language, purpose and tone) are sent to our server, and from our server to OpenAI to create the translation. We do not keep the text or the translation on our server. Under OpenAI's API terms, the text is not used to train their models, and OpenAI may keep it for up to 30 days to detect abuse before deleting it.
Please do not enter information you would not want to send to an outside service, such as passwords or card numbers.
2. An ID for your balance
When you first open the App, it creates a random ID and stores it in your iPhone's keychain. We use this ID only to keep your number of remaining translations. It is not the advertising identifier and is not linked to your name, email address or Apple Account.
3. Free translations (DeviceCheck)
To give the 10 free translations only once per device, the App uses Apple's DeviceCheck service. Apple keeps a small flag for your device showing that the free translations have been given. This flag contains no personal information.
4. Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment details. When you buy a pack, we receive the transaction information signed by Apple (transaction ID, product and date) and keep it with the ID in section 2 to add translations to your balance and to avoid adding them twice.
5. Usage records
For each translation, we record the time, the purpose, the target language and the amount processed (number of tokens), with the ID in section 2. We use these records to manage the service and its costs. They do not include your text.
6. Information we do not collect
We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts or photos. The App contains no advertising and no analytics tools, and does not track you across other apps or websites. Like other websites, our server keeps connection logs (IP address and time) for a limited period to protect against unauthorised access.
7. Where data is stored and how it is protected
Our server is located in a data centre in Japan (XServer Inc.). OpenAI processes text in the United States. All communication between the App, our server and OpenAI is encrypted (HTTPS).
8. Children
The App is not directed at children.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page.

このポリシーは、Plus One Point Pty Ltd（以下「当社」）が、アプリ「QuikSentence」（以下「本アプリ」）で扱う情報について説明するものです。
1. 翻訳する文
「翻訳する」を押すと、入力した文と選んだ設定（訳す言語・目的・モード）が当社のサーバーに送られ、翻訳を作るために当社のサーバーから OpenAI に送られます。入力した文と翻訳の結果は、当社のサーバーには残しません。OpenAI の API の規約により、送った文が OpenAI のモデルの学習に使われることはありません。OpenAI は不正利用を見つけるため最長30日保管したあと削除します。
パスワードやカード番号など、外部のサービスに送りたくない情報は入力しないでください。
2. 残りの回数のための ID
本アプリは、最初に開いたときにランダムな ID を作り、iPhone のキーチェーンに保存します。この ID は、残りの回数を管理するためだけに使います。広告用の識別子ではなく、氏名・メールアドレス・Apple アカウントとも結び付けていません。
3. 無料分（DeviceCheck）
無料の10回を端末ごとに1度だけお渡しするため、Apple の DeviceCheck を使います。Apple は、その端末に無料分を渡したかどうかの小さな印を保管します。この印に個人の情報は含まれません。
4. 購入
購入の処理は Apple が行い、当社は支払いの情報を受け取りません。回数パックを購入すると、Apple が署名した取引の情報（取引の ID・商品・日時）を受け取り、残りの回数に足すため、また同じ購入を2回足さないため、2. の ID と一緒に保管します。
5. 利用の記録
翻訳1回ごとに、日時・目的・訳す言語・処理した量（トークン数）を、2. の ID と一緒に記録します。サービスと費用の管理に使います。入力した文は含みません。
6. 集めない情報
氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報・連絡先・写真は集めません。本アプリには広告も分析ツールも入っておらず、ほかのアプリやウェブサイトをまたいだ追跡もしません。一般のウェブサイトと同じく、不正なアクセスを防ぐため、サーバーには接続の記録（IP アドレスと日時）が一定期間残ります。
7. 保管場所と保護
当社のサーバーは日本のデータセンター（エックスサーバー株式会社）にあります。OpenAI は米国で文を処理します。本アプリ・当社のサーバー・OpenAI の間の通信はすべて暗号化（HTTPS）しています。
8. 子どもについて
本アプリは子ども向けではありません。
9. このポリシーの変更
このポリシーを変えるときは、このページに新しい内容を掲載します。
