Terms of Use

These terms apply to the app "QuikSentence" (the "App") provided by Plus One Point Pty Ltd ("we"). By using the App, you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

1. The service

The App uses AI to turn the text you enter into sentences in the language, purpose and tone you choose.

2. Translations

Each device receives 10 free translations once. You can buy packs of translations through Apple's in-app purchase. Each translation that returns a result uses one translation from your balance. Purchased translations do not expire while the service is provided. They are tied to the device and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

3. Accuracy of translations

Translations are created by AI and may contain mistakes or change the meaning. You are responsible for checking a translation before you use it. Do not rely on the App for legal, medical, financial or other important matters without checking with a qualified person.

4. Prohibited use

You must not use the App to break the law, to harass or deceive others, to infringe others' rights, or to interfere with the service, for example by sending requests automatically.

5. Changes and end of the service

We may change the App or these terms. If we decide to end the service, we will announce it in the App at least 90 days before it ends. During this period you can use your remaining translations. Translations left when the service ends cannot be used, except where the law requires otherwise.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from the use of translations or from the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

この規約は、Plus One Point Pty Ltd（以下「当社」）が提供するアプリ「QuikSentence」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。本アプリを使うことで、この規約と Apple の「使用許諾契約（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）」に同意したものとします。

1. サービスの内容

本アプリは、入力した文を、AI を使って、選んだ言語・目的・モードの文にします。

2. 回数

端末ごとに、無料の10回を1度だけお渡しします。回数パックは Apple のアプリ内課金で購入できます。翻訳して結果が出るたびに、残りの回数が1回減ります。購入した回数は、サービスを提供している間は期限なく使えます。回数は端末に結び付いており、譲渡や換金はできません。返金は Apple の方針に従って Apple が扱います。

3. 翻訳の正確さ

翻訳は AI が作るため、誤りや意味の変わりが含まれることがあります。使う前に内容を確かめるのは利用者の責任です。法律・医療・お金など大切な事柄では、本アプリだけに頼らず、専門の人に確かめてください。

4. 禁止すること

法律に反すること、他人への嫌がらせやだますこと、他人の権利を侵すこと、自動で大量に送るなどサービスの妨げになることに本アプリを使ってはいけません。

5. 変更とサービスの終了

当社は、本アプリやこの規約を変えることがあります。サービスを終えるときは、終える日の90日以上前に本アプリでお知らせします。その間は残りの回数を使えます。終了の時点で残っている回数は、法律で定めがある場合を除き、使えなくなります。

6. 責任の範囲

法律で認められる範囲で、当社は、翻訳の利用やサービスを使えなかったことによる損害について責任を負いません。ただし、オーストラリア消費者法など、除くことのできない法律上の権利を妨げるものではありません。
